1、GRC構件一般均是薄壁和低水灰比的,對GRC掛板而言則具有較大的表面積。為此應采用有效的養護制度,有合適的早強以利脫模和搬運;保證設計強度;限制收縮以防開(kāi)裂。養護可使水泥水化正常進(jìn)行以增強強度與黏結,程度上減少體積損失、收縮與可能的開(kāi)裂??刂剖ニ?,換而言之,即補充水分是養護的基本點(diǎn),再外加溫度的控制。
1. GRC members are generally thin-walled and low water cement ratio, and have a large surface area for GRC cladding.
